廖飞(1969.4出生),1993.7~2017.06任职重庆医科大学(2009.12~2010.5访问University of Kentucky, USA)2001年副教授2005年教授2006年博士生导师,临床检验诊断学教育部重点实验室课题组长2017.07至今任职重庆理工大学药学与生物工程学院教授

研究领域:基于蛋白和配体相互作用原理,发掘生物亲和作用系统多种成分间相互作用机制、强度和含量相关信息,用于建立药物筛选和体外诊断新方法,辅助设计蛋白分析探针、蛋白配体、蛋白质突变体和分离分析材料,并评价其应用潜力。

代表工作:建立酶法分析系列新方法,用于临床生化检验、酶突变体筛选、单通道两组分同步酶联免疫吸附分析;以蛋白色氨酸残基为能量转移供体,建立蛋白/抗体含量均相测定新方法、蛋白配体亲和力均相测定新方法、小分子配体含量均相测定新策略;基于谷胱甘肽-S-转硫酶同工酶的构象差异,合理设计同工酶选择性抑制剂并评价其对耐药肿瘤细胞的增敏活性;以蛋白晶体结构为基础合理设计热稳定性优良的苛求芽孢杆菌尿酸酶突变体,建立尿酸酶在体外诊断的应用新配方及治疗难治性痛风的给药新系统;建立配体混合物集群筛选新方法及技术平台,设计生物大分子离子交换分离新原理,建立微米磁珠表面修饰新工艺并实现应用。
